Should the Reseller Server Edition be available in the downloads section of my reseller account management page? Because it isn’t…

@Shaun – Yes, it should be. Those downloads listed are below the Workgroup downloads.

Scott, I also don’t see any reseller server edition available to download…

I have to agree with Shaun. I do not see it at this point in time. After logging into my reseller account, I click download software from the menu on the left. I then click on Download (Reseller Edition) under the Business heading. I am only shown the Workgroup Edition downloads for the various OSes.

It seems strangely grouped – Is the Reseller Workgroup Edition the same as the Server Edition?

@Adriano @Chris @Daniel We’re checking into the issue.

Same problem here Scott. No Server addition is aviable for me to download. Also my sub-account menu has not changed to how yours looks in the video demo.

Please ensure you are signed up for the reseller program. If you don’t have a reseller account, you won’t be able to obtain the reseller edition software.

i have a reseller account. have been reselling until the change in product broke my linux boxes. can’t see the server edition, and can’t get access to the video to show the new control panel. my control panel looks no different and despite numerous assurances that this was going to be available “soon”, still no reseller server edition.

I also have a reseller account and cannot locate the new download for the server edition. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Please note, that it requires an active Reseller Server Edition license to see the downloads…not just a reseller account. Apologize if there was any confusion.

I have the option to add a server license, but it gives me an error when I try to add it. Has anyone been able to add a reseller server license?

So how do you activate that?
I have in my account on jungledisk “Reseller Edition” and cannot see anywhere “Reseller Server Edition”.
Please advise.

Can you guys/gals get your #)*$&)#@ together? We are becoming very frustrated with the lack of professionalism. We have been RackSpace customers for years and have never been exposed to so much wishy washy practices.
Our customers expect immediate and clear support and our offerings. As resellers we are selling YOUR offerings as our own and VOILA, nothing works right or our prices are changed on the fly, our control panels are not synching, our online backups are not showing shall we continue.
When we fill in a tech support request, you know what we get? We get a simple 2 line sentence, yes your pricing changed.. Sorry…
We are starting to feel this is not a competitive solution compared to MOXY, CARBONITE and all of those others that our clients are trying to compare us too..
The only advantage we had was our support over the other products, but if you guys/gals continue not helping us then we are no different!

@anytimecomm – I do apologize for the poor experience you have had thus far. I would love to understand some of the specifics. Could you email me with the details about your support responses and the areas that are not functioning properly? Scott@jungledisk.com

I agree with AnyTimeCoMM.
And more: Why weren’t we told about these “changes” in advance? …way in advance? …or even at all???? I have to log in to my account and then find out while trying to manage my client accounts and fulfill new sales.
