Is there a phone number to reach anyone at JungleDisk? I'm attempting to include this offering in an article I'm writing, but I'm lacking specifics about the product and e-mail hasn't been returned and I find no phone listing for your company.

Thanks,
Lucas.

Hi Erika:

If possible, we'd like to keep our business name confidential. But we are happy to share a recent experience with Jungle Disk.

Our business uses an external drive to store images of works we treat, documenting the course of the treatment and final outcome. A few weeks ago the external drive decided to kick the bucket and it wasn't very old. The day the drive died, we had a very important client coming in and we needed to show some images. Thankfully, we had everything backed up to Jungle Disk. It was easy to locate the files we needed for that particular client. And we were able to restore all the files without losing anything.

Jungle Disk makes it easy to manage the back up and as I said, it was easy to restore the files too.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks,
Michelle

Please be sure to post a link to this article when it is published. I have not had a customer experience a failure yet, but I am always looking for information that supports my recommendation that they deploy a remote backup solution for their data.

Keep up the good work!
