It's been unusually quiet! Any update on the 2.5 release?

Seriously, though, any word on when the beta may come over to workgroup users? Unstable and runs as a service would actually be vastly preferable to the current situation at my company.

Thanks!

Hello
I have downloaded & installed the beta version and now every time I try to start the Jungle Disk Desktop I receive an error - "Unable to connect to service. Details: xServiceNotRunning - The Jungle Disk Service is installed but is not running. Please start the service before running Jungle Disk. OK". If I do a "repair" install the service is started and everything works until a restart of the computer. I can also go into services and start the JD monitor manually and the Jungle Desktop will function. I have removed the previous version "2.10?"of Jungle Disk.

What do you suggest to correct this issue?

Thanks

Great news! I can't wait to try it! And thanks for making a great product! I'm thrilled that my data is now safely backed up, and your software made it dead simple.

Can you comment on the possibility of adding some Dropbox-like functionality in the future? I'm really loving Dropbox for its offline and sync functionality. Any plans to add this type of functionality to Jungledisk in the future?

Any hints on how long of a wait it'll be on a workgroup beta? I would think, no offense to you lowly desktop folk, that having the background process would be MORE critical to the workgroup functionality... :)

Seriously though, is this a few hours/days out, or another 4-6 weeks, or....?

@David - You should uninstall any earlier release, although the 2.5 installer will try to do this automatically.

Should I install this beta over the top of my existing Jungle Disk installation (Windows), or as a separate install?

I'm on Leopard. The default backup job is hosed. The schedule doesn't work and you can't delete it. Oh well, that's beta for you.
