It would appear your AWS secret key is incorrect – have you changed it recently?
You can correct it on the Web Access page:
https://secure.jungletools.com/account/webaccess.aspx

Removing HTTPS, I now get ” (403) Error Code: UnknownError” after logging in. Behavior the same in Firefox and Safari.

The server was down for maintenance – it should be back up now.

For those users having issues on Safari, it appears to be unhappy with the wildcard SSL certificate we use and the extra .beta. in the domain name. Try just http://yourname.beta.myjungledisk.com and see if that works. The SSL issue will be resolved once it goes out of beta.

Doesn’t work for me either… never get a password prompt… just an Unable to Connect message in Firefox.

We’ve had plenty of users using it without issue so far.
